The NoIR filter system manages
overall visible light transmission (VLT) to allow the
proper amount of light energy to reach the eyes. The NoIR
Filter System includes a full range of lenses (spanning
90% to 1% VLT), accommodating all levels of photosensitivity.
Many people require different filter transmissions for
cloudy and bright conditions or for inside versus outside
applications.
